Kuloo App Features List

The following is a list of most of the significant features of the Kuloo app. Where applicable the feature is linked to the help article that relates to it.

 

General app features:

Desktop / phone / tablet:

  • Device install as Web app (service worker)
  • Simple install process with embedded video and one step password generation

Article creation:

  • Rich text editing
  • Drag and drop images (resized and server direct form CloudFlare)
  • Embed from 1500 sources
  • Auto popup of all images (full screen, zoom/pan, high res)
  • Track percentage read of article for user

"Missed article" emails:

  • Goes out once per day or once per week (user controlled)
  • Contains specified number of articles the user has not read in the app
  • Can include specially flagged articles from channel

"Articles everyone should read" with timed delivery:

  • Sequential getting started, welcome articles
  • Create other streams for different categories of users
  • Make sure new users see essential older content
  • Control the flow of these articles (ie. one per day, etc)
  • Articles appear in inbox and are added to "missed articles" newsletter if unread
