While the online help documents and the help ticket system are great ways to get support, they are not the only ways. The channels listed here allow users to get quick answers from other Kuloo users (as well as from Kuloo staff) on things that may not be covered in the help documents.
They also provide a searchable repository of previous questions and answers that is continuously updated in real time.
Knowledge Base
This is actually a section of the help documentation but contains topics that don't fit neatly into the existing sections or that represent recent questions common to a number of users.
Community
The Help Center community consists of posts and comments organized by topic. Posts might include tips, feature requests, or questions. Comments might include observations, clarifications, praise, or any other response that's part of a typical community discussion. Posts can be up or down voted and followed. Note: Don't confuse topics with articles. In the community, topics are top-level containers for posts.
Discord Server
This platform was started for gamers but has become a popular place for anyone looking to start public or private communities. The Kuloo Discord server is public so anyone can join and participate in the posts and discussions.
Discord also has excellent screen sharing features that can be used by Kuloo support staff during support sessions.
It can be used directly from the browser but there are also excellent app versions (desktop, iOS, Android) that allow for screen sharing and voice and even group voice/chat sessions.
