This app is a new kind of app called a "web app". This technology allows apps to be created that are safer from viruses and privacy issues than native apps that are listed in the Google play store. For content creators, it also means that revenue does not have to shared with Google. Click the app URL and your phone will offer to install it for you.
The installation process
To install the app you can start from a link that has been emailed to you, such as the "Open the app" button on the newsletter emails, or from the Kuloo web site (https://www.kuloo.com) or from the app URL it itself (http://app.kuloo.com). In this example we will start from the newsletter email.
Step 1: Click the "Open the app" button in the email. Alternatively, enter the URL http://app.kuloo.com in your Chrome browser on your phone.
Step 2: The browser recognizes this as a web app and offers to install it on your phone. Click the gray "Add homescreen" bar at the bottom of the page. On some phones you might have to wait a few seconds for it to appear.
Step 3: Click the install confirmation button:
Step 4: Once the "Adding" message disappears, go back to your home screen and swipe up to get to your application icons.
It may take another few seconds for the app icon to appear but when it does, drag it up to your homescreen.
Step 5: Tap the new icon to open the app.
If this is your first time with the app, you will be asked to log in or register. The app in this video has already been logged in.
The app is now installed and logged in and will automatically update itself as needed.
