Who can place ads?
Anybody that has created a login and added funds to their account can created ads. However, before an ad can appear publicly, it must be approved by Kuloo administrators.
What is formula for frequency of ads.
The ads with the higher rates will always initially appear before ads with lower rates. However, as the articles list is scrolled and ads are updated, all ads will eventually appear.
How is the revenue allocated
All ads pay a flat rate they specify to appear on channels they choose. Channels with free plans receive 70% of the revenue targeted for them. Paid plans receive from 80% to 100%. The only deduction from this are the credit card processing charges which are the standard Stripe merchant charges of 2.9% plus C$.30 per charge.
Are partial days pro-rated?
Yes, if your ad is only enabled for part of the day then you are not charged for a full day. However, eight hours is considered a full day since the bulk of internet use occurs in relatively narrow bands of time (especially not overnight).
