Sometimes when Kuloo support is assisting you, we may ask you to install a program called "TeamViewer" on your computer that lets us see what is on your screen. This is a very safe program that has been used by millions for many years.
Click the link that has been emailed to you and the following screen appears. Click the "Download single-use TeamViewer" button:
After it has downloaded the file will appear in the bottom left of your browser. Click the file name to run it:
In the popup, double click the center icon to run TeamViewer:
Click "Don't warn me when opening applications on this disk image" and the "Open":
Click "I accept the EULA and the DPA" and "Continue":
TeamViewer is now running and ready to use. You may want to enable audio during connected sessions. If so, click the gear on the right:
Click "Turn my microphone on when entering meetings" and then "Apply":
At some point in the installation you may get a permissions or security request. When you allow it, you will see the following screen. Click the padlock on the lower left and enter your computer password to unlock it. Then click "TeamViewer". Click the padlock to lock it again:
